Having lived at Kadimah for over 20 years now – it is my home and the place where I feel secure and happy. I have and continue to love living here and I have always felt part of the Kadimah family!”

“I am very happy I made the move from a large rented house nearby. The admin staff and resident committee are great and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend Kadimah to any Jew looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation on the north shore.”

Your Investment

Kadimah Gardens operates on the basis of monthly licences — much like renting. Residents are required to pay an all-inclusive monthly fee according to their choice of apartment. There is no age requirement for prospective residents.

  • Increases to monthly charges are fixed in line with movements in the pension rate.
  • License fees are reviewed and increases applied annually
  • Residents are advised in October of proposed cost increases that come into effect from 1 January each year

  • Can I smoke in my apartment or on the grounds?

No, residents or guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere on Mosaic Living grounds. We are a smoke free environment across all our villages.

  • What happens if a dispute arises?

We have a Complaints and Disputes Policy to guide any action required in the unlikely event of a dispute.

  • What happens when I can no longer live independently?

When residents are no longer able to live independently (without live-in support), the resident will need to relocate to a facility that can provide the support services required. We encourage all residents to make plans for future accommodation needs early in their residency at Mosaic Living.
