What do you pay for?
- Your licence fee and/or monthly maintenance charge.
- Electricity use.
- Your phone line.
- Bulb replacements.
- Pay TV service (if needed).
- Should you require in-home support services, we have a strong relationship with JewishCare, an accredited provider of support services to your home.
- Internet services (if needed) - in addition, each village also has a fully equipped internet kiosk available to residents free of charge.
- Home & Contents Insurance.
